Thank you for being here.

My journey into Yoga began after my son was born, I practiced regularly along side daily strength training, I do have a great love for movements of all kinds but these two remain an essential part of my everyday life. Committing to my first teacher training early 2014, I founded Fika Yoga shortly after and I have loved every single minute since. I believe in a personal approach to Yoga, that no two people are the same, and as a result no two people practicing Yoga will look or feel the same. I simply gain more balance in my life with Yoga as a huge part of it and I believe everyone has something to gain from a Yoga practice too, no matter how great or small. I am so excited to meet you on the mat.
