Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slower paced practice, where the poses are held between 3 to 10 minutes depending on the intention of the pose. During a Yin Yoga class we settle into postures with the help of slow, soothing breath work, enabling release of all the connective tissues, not only the muscles but also the tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Aiding recovery and keeping injury at bay.
 The aim is to work with your unique anatomy to find softness in each position. To find the pose that works for your body, where you can settle into the movement and allow your whole body to relax and find stillness. Yin nourishes you from head to toe.

Its a quiet practice where you can find deep relaxation and calm, where you are able to take the time to focus on yourself. In both my VINYASA and YIN YOGA classes and all offerings, I aim to help you explore movement, gain confidence in and awareness of your body and to uplift your mind, leaving you feeling feeling renewed.
