Service Description

Flow Yoga, may it be gentle or strong, both build strength, create flexibility and focus the mind.
In Vinyasa Yoga we integrate postures to form sequential movements along with a fulfilling breath. All are developed specifically to obtain optimal active flexibility, function and wellness in the body and mind. This particular class helps build a strong centre and focus supporting you on or of the mat and into the world. You will find meditation within the movements, connecting deeply with the breath and time to calm the mind and settle the body. The flows, gentle or strong, centre around ease and strength, simultaneously, with a diversity of movements and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. Everyone is welcome.
