Please provide your details so Polly can contact you to arrange your private tuition. * By booking any class I accept the following term and conditions. I confirm to the best of my knowledge/understanding I am currently fit and well enough to participate in physical activity/movement. I understand the risks involved in physical movement and although small,I take full responsibility for any injuries that may occur and I will seek the advice of a medical practitioner. Fika Yoga is NOT liable for any injuries that may occur. I understand that the content on Fika is purely for informative purposes only and I will seek advice from a health care professional before making any current changes to my lifestyle. I confirm this membership is for my sole use ONLY. I understand that the membership is re-occuring and that I need to give 14 days notice for of cancellation of payment.
